e-STAS, Technologies for the Social Action Symposium has closed its doors with an important input into the social action and developement. People from the 3rd sector met together and shared their knowledge and experience with each other, with the goal of getting different points of view on the Associtions and NGO's developement. This is the motivation we´ve been working on during the Symposium, and with the aim of "break" the digital divide we will keep working on it.
e-STAS, clearly stated that the NGO's, Government, private companies and universities need to work together to build a just and equal Society. The cybervolunteer's work has been highlighted on the Symposium as they play an inportant role in the development of many social and educational initiatives, and so has been the social entrepreneur role, as an agent of change who promote with its actions, solutions to nowadays social problems.
